Lack of customer service after purchase

I used Stair parts USA to purchase for a job I was doing for a customer. After much time making sure I had all the items needed I purchased round iron ballusters, contemporary handrail, plain box newel mounting block and shoes for the ballusters. The shoes they recommended were incorrect they were for square not round. I called for 2 weeks and emailed several times, to either return the shoes or replace with correct ones. With out a response. I will not recommend this company due to the fact after you purchase from them the customer service ends. I did see reviews about this happening but thought it was random that other people had this problem. Now I know!
