It feels great! After about 2 weeks I see way less breakage or shedding, however, the bonnet does not stay on my head! I am a straight hair natural so it just slips right off my silk presses hair. If you have thicker, fuller hair yours will probably stay on. Even using my eye mask to double as a way to get the bonnet to stay on it still rides revealing the top of my head some nights. This and the price point make it a bit not worth it, especially if you have thin hair, short hair, or straight hair styles.
