Loved the colors and quality but slight sizing issue

I bought the Tencel olive green and lavender Sicily pintuck tapered scrub pants in XXS Petite, which I have ordered many times now. I loved the lavender pair and it fit perfectly, but for some reason, I could barely fit in olive green mainly due to my hips (waist was ok, but a bit tight for my comfort). I have always ordered the same size/fit in this style so I don’t know how it differed so much, but I was able to do a an exchange since I didn’t want to return it entirely. I just started the exchange so I will wait for the new pair (I sized up, hopefully that will make a difference).
