Slow to arrive, but did finally arrive

1st they shipped the photos in the US mail in a paper envelope. The corners were bent on pretty much all the photos. And the envelope was ripped in spots. You would think they would ship in a better envelope. Second the quality of the photos are not that good. It's a weird glossy type of material. Overall not happy, I was hoping since this is such an important event in someone life the quality would be better.
