Plenty large enough to cover my areolas almost entirely. However, moisture gets trapped between the sheilds and the skin. I wore them underneath some tape for about 3 days before taking both off to re-bind with fresh tape and beads of moisture covered the adhesive.

Allergic Reaction
I've worn other nipple covers without any issue. I don't have a silicone allergy. But these made me itch like crazy and, just like the tape, gave me a rash. Gc2b has a no refund policy. Proceed with caution.
