I bought them for my sister and me. I got her the regular size, which fit nicely on her wrist. I bought myself a large size, which was a bit snugger than the exact size. I have purchased a large band from here, and it fits better than this one. Overall, I love these bracelets because they are excellent quality and waterproof, which is a must-have for me.
