I have been having this for about a month and, also doing some changes on my habits before to sleep, time to eat last meal, more workout everyday, etc and it works, I am sleeping a lot better, I was really bad at sleeping, hours of struggle before to fall asleep and waking up a lot during the night. I am doing better still a lot to improve

I have been using this for a month or so to help with a consistent sleep, at first it didn't quite do the job BUT I am noticing a possible accumulative benefit. This morning I am giving Sleep Aid Regular Formula and FIVE STAR! I will order again.
