Description
This bangasa (Japanese oil-paper umbrella) captivates with its simplicity, allowing you to appreciate the textures of washi paper, bamboo, and wood. Due to its large rokkuro (base) and thicker bones (ribs), it has some weight. The translucent quality of the white washi paper is beautiful. Over time, the washi paper will yellow with age.
