"Yale" Ivory Dinner Jacket (Separates)

Excellent company customer service. They responded quickly to questions. As for the jacket, it’s good - not great - quality. Ultimately, I returned it as it was much whiter than the typical ivory dinner jacket.

Initial customer service was awesome in terms of quick and friendly responses. However, that’s where the pleasant experience ended. Delivery date seemed later than what I paid for and expected. Also, the “brand new” jacket was filthy upon arrival. We had to get it dry cleaned before it could be worn. That’s unbelievable and unacceptable quality control, especially given the cost of the jacket.
