Color Issue

Love the necklace but there is a color issue. I have purchased other products from the Dharma Shop with no issues and loved everything. The color on this necklace however wore off within 2 weeks. Water never touched it at all. It was taken off at night and when I showered. Now, everything is black on the necklace. I honestly don't know how the color wore off.
