Unacceptable packaging!

The top is fine but the latest method of packaging my order which consisted of ten items is the most disrespectful way of delivery. I had previously sent a letter of complaint as all items were loosely tossed into a cardboard box without further protection. No one has responded from your business. I am truly disappointed as my first order was arrived with utmost care and packaging. Perhaps this will jolt some concern or spark a response.

It is cut a bit skimpy as a medium and the head opening is not very big which does cause a little challenge.
