Shockingly good from house-made cookies
I don't even usually like cookies and cream flavor that much but this one was gone in one sitting. Can't wait to buy it again. I think the cookies are far tastier than usual because of the house recipe using rice and buckwheat flour iirc. I love buckwheat flour crackers already, so their flavor in this ice cream is divine. Before reading the ingredient list, I couldn't name why the ice cream was so good, and you certainly can't consciously taste buckwheat, but I'm guessing whatever mild undertones it has is what may be lifting this flavor to extreme exceptionalism. Well done Jeni's! Who could have guessed that a cookies and cream ice cream flavor could vie for placement of my all-time-favorite?

This variation of Cookies-N-Cream for the win!
Hands down, best cookies -in-cream ice cream. The slight crunch and texture is the best.

Hard to go wrong with cookies and cream. Definitely enjoyed it, but felt it wasn’t overly different than a generic brand.
