Cherry from Heaven

Purchased my first two jars of the Morello Cherry. Made a Cherry Meringue at Christmas. Demolished in 15 minutes by the house guests. With the second jar, two months later I made individual black forest cup cakes. These were utterly divine. I have never purchased a cherry preserve before that comes close to this in flavour/texture. I wished I had bought more when it was in season.
