I want to give a shout to the owner of this business. I realized one evening after 11:00 pm that I didn’t receive my boots that were to be here 3 days earlier. When I did some investigation, I discovered that my address was not correct. This was my mistake - I must have picked a city with the same street address as mine. I messaged the business page expecting to not hear anything until the very earliest the next day. Five minutes later I received a message back. She did research arrived at a solution and as soon as my package was shipped back to her, she shipped them back to me! In a world where customer service isn’t a priority, I was pleasantly surprised! Thank you!!!
