I love these leggings more than any others I've ever tried. They're good for exercise, travel, lounging, yard work, etc. They feel slightly slick on the outside and have the perfect amount of compression. I wore them to swim in the Fairy Pools in Scotland and they were still comfortable to make the long walk back to the car in. I'm 5' 4" and 155 ish pounds and the medium fits perfectly.

My favourite leggings ever. I own 5 pair now. Super comfy, perfect for everyday use and more active days.
