Another Winner!

Jacobsen's Black Garlic Ginger Salt is another winner. I believe I've tried all the infused salts and there was only one I wouldn't buy again (the tingly salt, too tingly for me!). The black garlic salt is one of my favorites so I was anxious to try this one with the addition of ginger and it didn't disappoint. I fix many eastern dishes and this is a lovely compliment to them when I want to boost the flavor. Thanks, Jacobsen, for making so many awesome infused salts! (Not to mention your Disco di Sale, the best!).
