Terrible customer service

I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS STORE. I was so excited to receive my order, because the design was beautiful, but unfortunately they were one of the most uncomfortable pairs I’ve ever worn. After wearing them once, I developed painful blisters on both feet, and the inside of the shoes even stained my feet orange. I contacted customer service, explained twice that I had already worn the shoes, and was still asked to send photos of the soles so they could “review” my case. After doing so, they denied my claim simply because the shoes had been worn, something they already knew before requesting the photos. To make matters worse, when I picked up my order, I was asked to allow them to take photos of my ID. That made me uncomfortable and felt unnecessary. Very disappointing customer service. Instead of looking for a reasonable solution to a genuine quality concern, they hid behind their return policy. I expected much better.

Shoes are even more beautiful than seem in pictures. Apart to that, the service at the store is amazing. The girls are super nice and helpful. They made me feel special. Highly recommended
