Really great. I have been getting larger shoulder and back muscles through exercise and binders have been getting considerably less comfortable because of work, so I thought I would try this. I layered a couple of strips of KT tape underneath for the actual "binding", and then used a strip of this on each side to even out the compression (the binding and adhesion on this tape is quite a bit weaker than KT), and it worked very well for me.
