Excellent comp or indoor cheer show. Superlight weight and amazing shock absorption, especially if tumbling on a basketball court. I would not recommend them for sideline/ football cheer because the shoe is composed of mostly mesh and you would want a more durable material for outdoor cheer. I wear a size 6.5 in women’s and I ordered a 6.5 and they fit great, my feet are narrow and they don’t feel overly wide like most athletic shoes do in the toe box.

Very good quality but I changed the size since I placed a 10C by mistake so I was able thanks to customer service to change the size before the item was delivered. Comfy material .
