Good Masks disappointing outreach

I love my Korean masks. It’s about my fourth or fifth order. My review is based on a recent experience with the customer service. Previously, I loved that they always include a little surprise like hand sanitizer, a mask holder, other styles of masks with my order. They always do this. This time I thought to specifically ask for some samples of other mask styles so I could try to expand my orders. When the order arrived, for the first time nothing was added in. I wrote to tell them and got snippy answers that were falsehoods (“we never include extras”, etc.). I replied. Another snippy answer. Personally had it been my business, I would have thrown a few samples in the mail with an apology. But they only insulted me. I am unlikely to order again from Be Healthy as I do not like being treated this way as a return customer. I can get these beloved masks elsewhere at a similar price.
