She helped organize secretive shipping so we could keep the proposal a surprise and she kept me updated weekly on the ring creation process. They sent a video to let me review the ring after it was finished, and sent appraisal paperwork and links to BriteCo to insure my purchase. Honestly, the “hardest” thing about this entire process was simply clicking the purchase button. Everything from then on out was a breeze.
