Great chair for the price!

Very comfortable and built well. The rubber rim for the base is damaged. The box looked like the item was returned and resold. Nothing significantly wrong with the chair itself, besides an issue attaching the footrest.

Package arrived in timely fashion. One box. Not too heavy. Easy assembly. No issues with product quality. Very comfortable for my clients. It is a little bit heavier then styling chairs I’ve had in the past. Meaning, when I try and spin the chair with my knee, it’s a little more weight than I’m used to. And it is a bit taller than pervious chairs, so long torso clients may have to Scooch down at times. But not something I can’t work on. One thing I’ve noticed is, it has a slight click when the pump is all the way down and spinning to the left. Other then that I love it
