Really happy with my experience overall — ordering was easy, communication was great, and the equipment is exactly what I needed. The only hiccup was the delivery. The courier gave wrong information, claimed an attempt that never happened, and couldn't find my tracking number when I called. I know that's not on you, but just wanted to flag it since the carrier you choose does affect the overall experience. Hope this helps, and I'm looking forward to ordering again!
