Was able to install it myself with help from Jose in tech services at Monument

Had to exchange firebox under warranty due to some cut wires. Arrived quickly. Not a simple job to replace, but I had no problem with the changeout.

I bought the grill online and had a small issue with the igniters. I was able to work with customer service to the replacement parts I needed. The new parts were easy to install and my grill works great now. This grill was very affordable and was very high quality for the price.

Unbelievable support behind such a great product

I love this grill. The features and the design are just amazing. However, there was an issue with the ignition system that was troublesome. Upon contacting the support team at Monument Grill, it is clear to me that this company stands behind its product 100%. The resolution was prompt and accurate. And to too it off, they followed up to make sure I can install it correctly. It is so satisfying know I bought the product from such a great company with such an awesome support team. Thanks!
