You had me at "magnetic"...

Absolutely love these things. They stick to your rack so they're always right there and they look awesome, better than the stock picture. I was considering other American alts but the price with shipping was too high. These are basically the same as the Rogue OSOs. You will need to pull them right open to begin with to get them on and off the bar easily but in time they loosen a little. Really happy.
