Not Today, Grey Supplement

All round supplement

This is my first bottle to supplement the topical Arrey to the Roots spray, looking forward to seeing how this nutrient dense backed supplement supports the topical.

Good so far?

It's hard to review these as it has only been a month and it will take up to 6 months to see the results. But, as a vitamin they are good. Make sure to take them earlier in the day though as they contain B12 which can give you energy.

Good so far

I haven’t been able to be consistent with this as it’s quite pricey but I do notice after a few months of use they I have less shedding and stronger strands. I am hoping it does help with preventing greys but wish the price was cheaper.
