Not Today, Grey Supplement

While it’s hard to know the scientific difference, I can at least feel that my hair feels stronger. As for keeping grays at bay, which was the main reason for trying it, I think it’s helping but again it’s hard to be certain.

All round supplement

This is my first bottle to supplement the topical Arrey to the Roots spray, looking forward to seeing how this nutrient dense backed supplement supports the topical.

Good so far?

It's hard to review these as it has only been a month and it will take up to 6 months to see the results. But, as a vitamin they are good. Make sure to take them earlier in the day though as they contain B12 which can give you energy.
