Love it... but

I am a regular costumer and i like the products, they are unique, special and are made with the finest products; i do have wallets and recentlye bought a bag, i have to say it did not feel so nice when tried to ask for garanty on one of my wallets and they said that i have to go to the very place i bought it... i mean, is a frenchie co. wallet, I ask for garanty in one of your boutiques ¿what´s the problem? Honestly, that´s the only thing i did not like... i mean, you are exclusive! if i have an item made by you, should stand for it.
