Jumpfly Trampoline Universal Shade Cover

We've had the universal shade for about 3-4 weeks now. It fit well, and was easy to install. The first thing we noticed was that the bungee rope was not being held in place by the clip. The material literally slid out after 30 minutes and I had to install it again, this time making a knot behind every clip. That held for a few days, but now the shade sags too low for a 5'6'' person to jump more than 2 inches without rubbing their whole head on the cover. This week, I noticed that 3 of the 8 corners have already ripped seams significantly (only being attached by the hemming material), with an additional seam beginning to rip in the middle of the shade cover. I'll be contacting the company for a replacement or a refund.

Gives a nice shade but its cheap quality.

The product is designed so that children can play safely, so my granddaughter is enjoying the summers very much. And I really like your company service. thank you^^
