Disappointing Experience with Pine Tea

**Disappointing Product and Experience** I purchased two 30-ounce bottles of pine tea from this vendor for use with companies in the adult care industry, including nursing homes and assisted living facilities. I had high hopes for this product, but unfortunately, it fell short in several key areas. First, the packaging was a major disappointment. The labels were entirely in Korean with no English translation, which made it difficult to understand basic product details. While I did manage to navigate back to the website where an English translation was provided (along with a picture of the product), this is not a convenient solution, especially if internet access is unavailable in a facility setting. The most frustrating issue, however, was the quality of the tea itself. The pine tea was incredibly weak, and it seemed to have lost much of its properties due to being in storage for several years (the product was made back in 2022). As a result, it is unlikely to provide any real benefits to the elderly individuals in my care. Additionally, the pine needles were dull and lacked the vibrant green color shown in the product images online, further suggesting that the tea had deteriorated over time. This was my first experience with this vendor, and I was really hoping for the best. Unfortunately, I am left disappointed, and I would not recommend this product, especially for use in adult care environments.

Very refreshing. And besides being refreshing, it’s good for my health. It’s a win-win.
