Inconsistent cut

I am not sure what changes were made, but of late, anytime I receive Reese, I worry about the cut. There are times when it is perfect and other times when it is not. One Reese I received this mid-summer had bangs that reminded me of Reese Weatherspoon's bangs in "Something About Mary". I tried taming the bangs down by adding a hairspray for wigs, I tried washing it and setting the bangs so they would not flip upward but nothing worked. Today, I received a Reese, the bangs are way too long and the permatease is next to non-existant. I believe there are issues with the quality control on the manufacturer's side. It is very frustrating, especially since the price has more than double in recent years.
