Diamond Cuban Link Choker in Yellow Gold - 12mm

The choker was too tight around my neck I couldn't attach it I tried contacting you but never got a response from your company I had surgery on my back I was in the nursing home for 2 months now I'm able to come home last week and I opened the package and put the necklace around my neck and cutting attach it because it was too tight I reached out in numerous emails to your company and I can't get a response from anyone explaining to me why I can't exchange it and pay more for another necklace so now I had to purchase another necklace which I feel like I shouldn't have had to purchase another necklace I should have been able to just return this necklace and get another necklace that fits around my neck that's 18 in or 16 in
