Knots and mats

This piece knots up very easily and mats. I’ve owned many other toppers and have never had this problem before. The cap is great but managing the hair is time consuming and difficult.

Hair topper

The topper was too thick and was all matted at the roots . We tried to salvage it and ended up wrecking it more. Color was great though wish we didn’t try to fix it and sent it back , a lot of money to through in the garbage.
