24x36 Premium Single Matboard

I purchased a custom cut matboard and paid over $50 for NEXT DAY AIR delivery b/c I needed it quickly. Apparently it takes 4 whole business days to get one matboard cut and then "Next Day Air" really translates to 3 full days in transit. So the quickest you can get your order is over a week later. I should mention NONE of this is stated anywhere on their website or throughout the ordering process and when I reached out to customer service after it arrived 7 days later and was completely useless to me at that point, I was told that nothing could be done. The whole "guaranteed satifsfaction" is false advertising. They will not refund or accept your return if you are unhappy with the service. I will not be a repeat customer.
