The packaging: shrink wrapping seven (7) stuffies together in one package smaller than a box of cereal, is a travesty. They had to be placed into the dryer on Air Dry (no heat) for 40 minutes to fluff them up. I put them in by color, just in case, which meant three different drying episodes. I initially tried 15 minutes but that was ineffective. After the dryer, a couple of the stuffies...the nautilus and the thorny devil lizard...needed more attention with an iron to properly fix their appendages. I should not have to work this hard to have a product look decent. But, at least six of them were salvageable. The Scottish Highland Cow is not. It was simply not put together...sewn....properly. One ear is noticeably higher than the other; the entire face looks sadly lopsided. And the mane is a mess. No amount of air dryer fluffing could save it. The overall impression (I am looking at it now as it sits on my desk) is that this low quality stuffie was salvaged from Goodwill. How do I return it?

Nicely made toy. I'm sure the recipient - big fan of Highland Cattle - will love it.
