4+ years doing this journal
I started doing this journal during Covid to bring me out of all the fear and negativity around us. I have journaled for many years, but this daily habit is like a mantra when you do the affirmations daily. Again, gratitude allows us to feel better about ourselves and those people and things around us. I do not miss a day and encourage you to do it as well. I have given this journal as gifts as well. Happy journaling ☺️

This journal is honestly one of the best things I’ve added to my routine. It only takes 5 minutes, but it makes me feel so much more grounded. I love how simple the prompts are — gratitude, intentions, and reflection. It’s like a daily reset for my mind. 🤍📓

This has been Great!
I am not much of a journal writer but I have gotten into this. I am on my second 6 month journal - I do it religiously everyday. I think because it so quick in the morning - I have been able to make it a habit, and stick with it!
