I love my necklace....the quality and care. The only thing I disliked was that there were no in between updates on the status of my custom necklace. For example: your design is now being created, and it's now packaged and ready for delivery, etc. I ended up calling customer service because I was worried it was stolen because of the amount of time it took receive. The guy I spoke with was excellent in reassuring me that my necklace was in good hands, and I was able to ask him questions about previous/future purchases. Overall, great job.
