Cookies & Cream extract

I used this extract in a sugar cookie recipe. In fact I doubled the amount but I didn’t taste any difference. Also, when I opened the extract it did not smell like cookies & cream at all. It was a strong alcohol smell. I’ll still use it and this does not discourage me from purchasing other products.
