TOP FULL 18" HUMAN HAIR

Not worth the price...

I have had Jon Renau toppers for the past 10 years ++ the last 2 were this top full 18'' human hair. So I purchased without hesitation:) as i lovedt he quality of the hair and amazing fabrication! But unfortunately Jon Renau has changed the fabrication and hair quality for these toppers. There is much less hair, the part uptop is very large, a large quantity of short hairs all around the cap edge ( gives the effect of frizziness all around the cap edge) and several gray hairs. My last topper showed signs of thining part after 4 years, this one after one month ( i have voice my disatifaction directly to Jon Renau also, but without a response whatsoever). Really dispapointed.... I had intial worries upon receiiving, but was reassured by client services that it was the zig zag part and once I would style all would be ok.. Unfortunately not the case and I have passed the 30 day garantee. I do not recommend this product at all, especially the high price point wich does not reflect Jon Renau's new fabrication methods wich are of a much lower standard than before. Caroline k
