Carlisle Honey

I have to say that I’ve never had amber honey before. Am I tasting a whisper of molasses. I like that the honey is unpasteurized. My brother-in-law is in Thailand, right now, so that may have influenced my decision to try a combo of Thai and Canadian honey. I use it every morning in my hot water. I also prefer liquid honey. Will probably try the raw unpasteurized honey with other ingredients next time. I still have half a jar of the Carlisle Honey. I am definitely enjoying it. I have heard that the beekeeper in Thailand treat their bees very well and are kind to them. Is this true? I also like that all your product are made in Canada. Prefer not to buy American these days.
