Plant Meal Vanilla

Love this shake! I actually switched from Ka'Chava to Plant Meal. It's organic, thicker and tastier. I love the vanilla because then I can add frozen strawberries or another frozen fruit to change the flavor if I'd like. It's also good on its own. The chocolate flavor is also very good.

I am not a vegetarian or vegan, but I was looking for a good, healthy meal replacement shake with a fair amount of protein, and this hits the mark on all of those. The taste is extremely good as well. When I use it as a meal shake, it keeps me full for between four and six hours, which is what I was looking for as well. The price is decent as well. I have not tried the chocolate yet, but the vanilla is pretty bomb, if you ask me.
