So they ended up not having what I ordered, but they did at least try to contact me like three times before doing their best to fulfill the order as close to what I asked for as possible. The Golden Moon facial oil has been so nice! I use it after every shower and I will be ordering more. It sounds like some of their fragrances might be discontinued, sadly, but I also really love their Full Moon fragrance. It’s a nice unisex scent and that makes me happy as a nonbinary person. Thanks for the great service, V & L Soap Co! I’ll try to check both of my emails in the future, that’s on me.
