This is my third super light weight rain jacket, which I use both for light rain and for layering during cold weather rides. It is by far the most substantial, without sacrificing the small, packable size.

I love this jacket! It is very visible. It’s super light and packable yet keeps me warm and protected from the rain. A lot of my teammates have asked about where I got it because they like what they have seen.

Multi purpose jacket

While this is a useful little rain jacket that packs up small enough to stuff into a pocket or small bag, my main reason for buying it is that I use light weight rain jackets for layering during winter rides. This is as sturdy as it is small, and it is wind-proof, hence its value for winter riding. Once I’m warmed up, I can remove this jacket easily (I usually wear 2 Thermal layers, then this, then my winter weight biking jacket) and stuff it into my pack.
