GPS Smart Tracker Watch Strap Accessory

I bought this to simplify contact with my mother who has dementia, and to be warned (via geofencing) if she began wandering. Unfortunately the geofencing function isn't effective enough in our rural locality - I understand it requires more cell towers to be accurate. I got the wriststrap accessory as Mum forgets to use neck hung pendants (such as St Johns alarms). I like the simple single push of the SOS button that Anthony has set up for Mum to call me directly. I also like that Mum can receive calls from anyone, and that after 1 ring her wristphone answers the call automatically with clear speakerphone audio - clear for both parties. I like that I can find out her location via a link to Google Maps whenever I need to. The charging cradle is simple for carers to recharge the unit while they are with Mum. Anthony was very helpful setting everything up before sending it to us, then he tweaked the settings remotely as we learned to optimise it to our needs.

Initially how to operate is rather confusing. Still trying to work it out. Bulky item. Today I must have set the alarm off in error and one of the referrals came to check on me. Can't work out how to talk to them on the gadget yet. Or how they contact me if necessary, not quite what i expected. Need more personal instruction. The cover is too difficult for old hands.
