We got a defective item. One of the connecting part to the hook was ripped when we got them.
I contacted OmieLife team and they responded fast and sent me a new tote right away. It came perfect. Maybe it was defective item I received on the first one.

I love your products but I never received the stickers for the pink and purple lunch boxes. Can you send them still?

With there was longer Velcros on free front as well as a shorter strap bc my son would prefer a handle. I also wish there was a way to attach this to a bookbag.
