This is our 2nd time ordering from PT and we will definitely be ordering again and again. Our 1st order was placed for a item that wasn't available at the time, in no time at all we received information that our item was now in-stock and waiting to ship (cold Colorado weather) item as in great shape ect ect. Our most recent purchase a Banana tree came in just the same as our 1st. Customer service was over and above expectations. The staff are very friendly and excited to help w/ any questions we had before n after receiving our trees n house banana plant.

Wow I am so impressed this tree arrived all way across the country in six days and when I opened up the box it was carefully carefully package to not damage any of the giant tropical leaves. I planted it a couple weeks ago and it’s doing great I already have a brand new leaf sprout it’s incredible very healthy tree very satisfied with this purchase.
