Definitely not what was shown in their ad, it appeared intended in thick page so you can follow the line without issue as your own is in a groove. I expected the special indentation physical paper to be sent in mail. No they just send a digital copy and say print it!! Flat paper is not what you advertise!! I spoke to multiple customer service agents about this and was send it’s on its way, which was a lie!! I asked for a full refund because I can’t practice signature on flat paper indentation paper is what I paid for. I also paid for full pack with email signature which you can’t even customise. Absolute rubbish. They have not refunded and this was a waste of $300 DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
