Mistake

Ordered whole bean and received ground on my coffee. I ordered two shirts, they were nice and as described. Business offered to make it right, but I really don't like putting small companies out over a minor mistake we can all make. If you want to make it right, you just do it. I use a french press, so I'll probably just donate the coffee and order local from now on to eliminate these common mistakes.
