Ordered used wine barrel hoops, and did have one special request. Ethan was very helpful in making sure I got exactly what I needed!

This was not at true set. 6 rings yes, but 1 end, 1 from the next step up and 4 of the middle rings (biggest rings). I needed them to restore a barrel so needed an actual set. They did respond quickly to my issue (that's why 3 stars) to say they would send out a new set after I sent photos but to date I have heard nothing, seen nothing and NO further communication.
