Overpants to the rescue

Recent freezing temps were the perfect test for this bib plant. I wrote it over a pair of thermal bibs a couple of times. As it warmed up but continued to rain I wrote it over bib shorts. Great foil for wind and water.

My cold weather “go to” overpants

I saw these online and couldn’t wait to try them. Some cold days require an extra layer over my bibshorts. THESE covered all the bases! They are warm, comfortable and look really nice on.I wore them on a cold 3 hour gravel ride. They weren’t bulky and I had great mobility. I’m 5’4” 119 and the XS fits perfectly.

Great for Pacific Northwest weather

I have yet to try them for longer rides but use them all the time for my 30-min commute. I never overheat wearing these. They’re super comfortable and the full length zipper makes them easy to pull on and off. Perfect for days when it might rain, but it might also not rain. I would happily wear these on a sunny but cold day, too. Worth the price.
