Customer service just copied and pasted policy instead of taking responsibility. Premium prices, bargain-bin support.

Awful customer service and they mske you pay for return shipping. The cost was $250 just to return the shoes. Glad we advertise “Free refunds” as long as you pay $250 for return shipping internationally.
